Died peacefully surrounded by his family on Friday 17 January 2025, at Rosebank Life Care, Ashburton, aged 92 years. Dearly loved husband of Nola (dec), loved father of Stephen (dec), David (dec), Lee-Anne and Sally. Loved stepfather of Derylie, Philip, David and Leita. Cherished Grandad to all his grandchildren and great grandchildren. Heartfelt thanks to all those who cared for Dowell at Rosebank. Laid to rest in a private family gathering. Passed away suddenly, but peacefully, at Ashburton Hospital on December 29, 2024, in her 100th year. Dearly loved wife of the late Ron Cochrane. After 93 years of a well lived life, Dick has run his last race, slipping away peacefully surrounded by family. Loved and respected by his wife Leona.
