On November 28, 2018. Passed away peacefully at Terrace View Retirement Village, Ashburton, aged 93 years. Dearly loved husband of the late Valerie. Much loved father and father in law of Vivienne, (Christchurch) Barbara and Harold, (Canada) and loved Grandad of Rebecca, Graham and Julia. Loved brother of Cynthia (Auckalnd). Aged 52 years.  Beloved wife of Michael, sister of Lizette, Adrianne, Stephen, David, and Nick.  Amazing Aunty, great Aunty and Honorary Aunty of so many nieces and nephews and other little people in her life. It is with much sadness that the family of Steve announce his death, on Sunday November 18 2018 at Nurse Maude Hospice, aged 68 years. Treasured and dearly loved husband, soul mate and best friend of Marilyn Cross, and cherished father and father-in-law of Nick and Siobhan Cross, Rachael and Andrew Greer and much loved and special Papa and Mapa of Sam, Bill, Izzie and Rosie.Much loved son of the late Clifford and late Paula Cross and dear brother and friend of Karen Rose and Rob Garlick, treasured awesome uncle to Ben and Emilie Gray, Kirsten Gray and Andrew Broughton, Jonathon and Jamie Rose, and Matt Rose. Special great uncle to Manon and Tom, Ella and Oli, and Taylor.Special thanks for the wonderful care and love from the staff at Nurse Maude Hospice, Merivale, and from Dr Penny Holdaway and the Ashburton district nurses.
