Passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family at Rosebank Lifecare, Ashburton, on August 12, 2023, aged 57 years. Dearly loved son of the late Reginald and Isabell. Dearly loved brother and brother in law of Bruce and Sue, Faye and the late Kevin Connelly, Grant Todd and the late Graeme Ford, Ross, Murray and Jeanette, Gillian and Bob Ward, and families. Peacefully on August 8, 2023 at the South Canterbury Hospice, aged 75 years.   Forever loved wife of Noel, and cherished mother of Scott, Darren, Trudie and Nick.  Treasured grandmother of spoilt Brittany; Lucie, Emilie and the late Sam.  Sadly missed sister and sister in law of Marion and Barry, Hugh, and Philip. Late of Radius Millstream and Mona Square, Ashburton.  Loved wife of Bruce Benke (dec), and 8th child of Kath and Mick Doak.  Survived by her dear sisters Margaret Jackson, and Maureen Eaden. Loved sister and sister in law of Ro and Bob Stephen, Queen and Bob Clark, June and Jack Clifford, Tom and Noelene Doak, Hughie and Betty Doak, Pat and Bill Jones, Theresa and Bill Visser, Maurice Jackson, and Don Eaden (all deceased).  Treasured aunt of her many nieces and nephews, and loved great-aunt, godmother and cousin. Honorary grandmother to Lachlan and Kinsey Storey. Beloved wife and companion of the late Ian (Copper), dearly loved mother of Brent Murdoch (Mayfield) and Joanne Blue (Awatere Valley), mother-in-law of Cushla Murdoch and John Blue, devoted grandmother to Holly and Alice Murdoch and Fiona and Dugald Blue; cherished daughter of the late Susan and William Boag (late of Winchmore), loved sister of Helen Gallagher, Hilda Phillips, Peggy Suttie, William Boag, Melva Childs, James Boag (all passed away), and Peter Boag.
