Aged 71 years.  Jack passed away peacefully at home in Ashburton surrounded by his loving family on Thursday 11th November 2021. Dearly loved husband of Shirley. Proud Father of Derrill, Patrick, Tristen & Petra. Loved Koro of all his mokopuna. Due to COVID restrictions, there will be a private service.
