Passed away peacefully at Ashburton Hospital, surrounded by his loving family, aged 93 years.  Dearly loved husband of Joy.  Much loved father and father in law of Jill and Jason (Auckland), Richard and Fran (Norwood), Wendy and Terry (Ashburton), and Brian and Cheryl (Auckland).  Loved Pa of Sophie and Sam, Kaitlin and Ian, Shannon and Jerry, Liam, and Jared, and loved Pa to his great granddaughters Ruby, Ollie, and Chloe.  Loved brother and brother in law of Joy and Alan Papprill, and the late Atty, and Wally.
