After 93 years of a well lived life, Dick has run his last race, slipping away peacefully surrounded by family. Loved and respected by his wife Leona. Loved father and father in law of Darcy and Nikki, Karen, Jenny and Warren. A loved Grandad to Chris, Kimberly, Kate, Ben, and great Grandad to Addisyn & McKenzie. Immediate family friend of Anthony, Jonny, Samuel, Poppy, Jordan. A much loved and admired, brother, uncle and brother-in law. A special thank you to the wonderful staff at Ashburton Hospital, Ward 3 Christchurch Hospital, Wises Pharmacy, Three Rivers Health and Rosebank Rest Home for the great care and respect shown to Dick. A service to celebrate Dick’s life will be held at the Church of the Holy Name, Sealy Street, Ashburton on Thursday 9th January 2025, commencing at 11.30am. Followed by a burial at Chertsey Cemetery.
