Passed away peacefully at home, Ashburton, in the care of her loving family, aged 96 years.  Dearly loved wife of the late Derek.  Much loved mother and mother in law of Margaret, Bruce and Heather, James and Sandy, David and Sue, and very special Grandma and great Grandma to Michael; Carrie and the late Nick, Genevieve, and Katrina, Steven and Sally, Jack, and Josie, Mitchell and Steph, Tessa, and Sadie; Andrew, Richard and Mariana, Gabriella, and Aurelia, and Mark; Kate and Michael, and Lauren, and Alice. Messages to the Sim family c/- P O Box 472, Ashburton 7740.  A service to celebrate Dorothy’s life will be held at St Stephen’s Anglican Church, Park Street, Ashburton on Friday January 24, commencing at 1.30pm.  Followed by interment in the Returned Servicemen’s Section, at the Ashburton New Lawn Cemetery.
