Passed away peacefully on Friday 27 September 2024, aged 88. Loved son of the late Tom and Winifred, and brother and brother in-law of Shirlee and the late Colin Smith, and Warren and Wendy. Loved father and father in law to Donna, Linda and the late Mark,  Murray ,the late Mark, Brent, and Craig.  Loved companion of the late Elsie. Messages to John’s family, P O Box 472, Ashburton 7740.
